Why would you need an elevation certification?

You are located in a special flood hazard zone and your insurance company requires it for calculating flood insurance rates.
You have built a new house and it is required for an occupancy permit.
You have installed electrical components on a structure that must be above the minimum flood elevation.

Capabilities

We not only will shoot the finished elevation on a structure, but set a benchmark on the site prior to construction so your builder will know how high to place the structure. We recommend that this be done prior to any construction in a flood hazard zone to prevent costly construction errors.
