Topographic, tree, and wetland surveys are often required for the preparation of site plans for new construction.

Why would you need these types of surveys?

A topographic survey shows the contours of the property and is often required by engineers and architects for drainage design.
A tree survey is often required by county agencies on site plans for new construction to protect larger significant trees.
A wetland survey is sometimes required when new construction is near protected wetland areas.

Capabilities

We can perform these types of surveys on all sizes of property utilizing different types of equipment - from a standard total station, a robotic total station, to a global positioning satellite system. All can be quickly downloaded into a computer and an electronic version of the survey can be generated for use by your architect or engineer.
