Closing/mortgage surveys are required by many mortgage companies prior to purchase. Why would you need a closing/mortgage survey?
CapabilitiesWhen performing a closing/mortgage survey, we survey the perimeter of the property replacing any missing property markers. We locate all existing structures showing pertinent offsets, locate fences, etc. which may be close to any property lines, and show any encroachments that may exist. Although a survey of a piece of property is not always required by mortgage companies on a new purchase, we strongly recommend a survey to protect your investment. |
